WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The General Manager position is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the salon's overall growth, coordination, operational success. The General Manager will ensure the salon meets or exceeds financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, team member relations, sales, and member participation. The General Manager will provide daily support to their team and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, and development. They are responsible for coaching, communication, alignment, and holding their Lash Lounge team to the salon expectations. The General Manager will also act as the salon ambassador to provide each member an unforgettable experience.
Position Overview: Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience: Greet all members and guests with a friendly, genuine welcome, overseeing their check-in, service flow, and checkout with professionalism. Train Member Concierge staff to perform these tasks with warmth and attentiveness.

Sales Achievement: Drive sales by guiding guests to the membership options best suited to their needs, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Team Leadership: Oversee and support a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring productivity, engagement, and operational effectiveness. Assist staff when needed and encourage a positive, customer-focused environment.

Operational Oversight: Conduct regular shop tours, order and manage inventory, optimize schedules, and collaborate with area managers and owners on business growth initiatives.

Process Improvement: Develop efficient processes for smoother shop operations and continuously seek ways to enhance customer and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:

Technical Abilities: Proficient in using computers, analyzing reports, and completing sales transactions.

Industry Background: Experience in hospitality, salon, or cosmetology is preferred.
Responsibilities for Growth and Customer Experience:

Market & Grow the Business: Drive membership, service, and product sales by understanding member needs and promoting service upgrades and retail options to enhance the guest experience.

Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide new guests with engaging tours and clear communication on pricing, memberships, and services, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Cohesion: Foster a positive work environment, build strong working relationships, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle daily operations, including check-in/check-out, booking appointments, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all POS information is current and accurate, and that opening/closing procedures are followed meticulously
